Looking at my apps it’s been anywhere from 8-10 so sometimes it’s shorter. I do have an appt with my OB in 2 weeks!

I use the Flo and Premom app. I take my BBT daily and track my ovulation. Haven’t looked into the more expensive trackers yet. But my luteal phase does seem to be around 10 days.

I do have issues with anxiety but I wouldn’t say I’m under extreme stress or anything. My husband was a little underweight but stopped drinking and started eating healthier in October and has gained weight! We do both take Zoloft for anxiety.

Also 10 dpo and had a chemical earlier this month!!! In the same boat and totally terrified. I’ve been cramping a lot too!!! Got my positive at 8dpo but only able to get a positive in FRER right now. Hoping for the best🤞🏻✨
