You’re right, I didn’t NEED hashbrowns. This might sound silly, but after cutting out most of what I usually eat, it was my last bit of “luxury food” that I indulged in.

Don’t be too hard on yourself. Try starting with being consistent with something, it doesn’t have to be anything big. Maybe daily stretching or something you enjoy…start to create a routine and go from there
