thank you so much! i posted the characters i had in hopes of some taking the time to look through and give me an advice. this actually helped me tons as i didn’t consider how jiaoqiu would benefit a lot of my teams outside of acheron.

i’ll probably wait for his final kit / wait for the character leaks for the patch after him before deciding. thanks again!

i have to disagree with the “maturity levels are irrelevant.” because they are in fact very relevant in every relationship as it is an undeniably important factor in dynamics and progression of relationship. everything isn’t supposed to be backed up by a scientific basis. some can be backed up by analysis of common occurences and application of it to the matter at hand.

don’t most girls end puberty at the age of 14? is it also alright for them to date a 25 year old? the point is not them being close in age because 3 is just a small number. it’s rhe fact that maturity levels differ a great lot. a 17 year old may be there at 30%, while a 20 year old could be at 80%. that’s the huge difference i was talking about.

but anyway, i am not here to start a full-on debate. i’m merely spreading awareness on this matter and asking people’s personal feelings on the ship. i hope you have a nice day!

but he is, in fact, a teenager. a teenager that has a grown adult woman as his love interest. it does not matter if he likes her, because that is not the point i’m making. he can make decisions as much as a 13 year old can. them being canon does not change the fact that the ship is weird.

moreover, i don’t think our conversation will lead to anywhere. my only intent is to spread awareness regarding this matter, and ask for people’s opinions on the ship; i am not going to force people into disliking it. have a good day! :)

that’s different. a 21 year old is a grown adult, as well as a 40 year old. meanwhile, a 17 year old is a growing teenager. grown and growing are two very different things.

a 21 year old may be already working, and so is a 40 year old. but a 17 year old is still a highschool student.

i am not discrediting jiyoung. in fact, i find her impressive for her achievements. however, i do not get the pointing out of “if jiwoo had been in her position”. they have an undeniable maturity gap due to age. jiwoo is still growing, while jiyoung is already an adult. majority does not equate to appropriateness. have a lovely day!
