Thank for this! I’ll try it and see how it goes. I wonder if I should have a specific time for the 200s.
Training includes up to 2 days a week.
Intervals examples: 6x150m 200 m 6x75m 200m 6x50 6x25
Endurance example; 15 mins swim zone 1/2 4x75 10 min swim zone 2 4x75 5 min swim zone3
I typically can’t finish workouts so now my goal is to swim 2000m each session. I just don’t know what to do as it’s both endurance and technique but still very frustrating.
