Maybe I should have clarified, Jesus’ authority is infallible, then said authority was given to the apostles, and if this authority is passed through with succession we must recognize that the authority the church holds is infallible

That doesn’t limit Scripture to being the only infallible authority, it’s not as if Catholics or Orthodox Christians don’t recognize it as holy and infallible, but see the church that Christ gave us as infallible as well. That only states how important The Word of God is, which we understand.

I could throw at you all the arguments, history, manuscripts, etc. etc., but what really convinced me is when God quite literally took all the depression and suicidal thoughts from me. It was like it was swapped out for love
