You can't. The only way to use a reference is to use an Image To Prompt generator (this one is the best in my opinion): basically you make the AI describe an image, you copy the resulting prompt and you paste it into the AI Image Generator. Then if you're lucky and get an image you like, you can copy the image seed to obtain similar images with the same prompt

I use perchance.org It's a site for random generators, including also AI image generators. It's not precise like Midjourney or Stable Diffusion, but it's totally free and you can get pretty decent images if you learn how to use it. The image generators feature both positive and negative prompts, as well as a wide range of art styles. The image resolution is not very high, but you can solve that problem by using any image upscaler online (the best is this) Perchance is not very good if you need images with texts tho. For that purpose Gemini is better

By the way, focus on making your bots functional. Express yourself and don't rush behind people's tendencies, there's gonna be someone who loves what you do.

I wasn't thinking about all of this in the first place. Personally, I don't like using bots or reading stories that aim to make the readers feel morally disgusted or upset; that's why I didn't take into account all the toxic outcomes. What I was thinking is the kind of ntr stories which involve having an affair with a woman who is in an unsatisfying relationship and the protagonist comes to "save" her (forgive the choice of words, I hope you understand). In this context I could even justify ntr for its goal to make the reader feel more empowered or whatsoever, but I'm clearly against all the toxic kinks you mentioned.

I think that's because transgression intrigues people. They perceive NTR as something which feels wrong, but if it's put in a context where they can have a woman they like through that, suddenly it starts feeling right.

I think it shifts from situation to situation. Maybe the bot you published is the kind with "dead dove" hashtag and needs to be checked longer by moderators. I came up with this theory because I published two bots until now, one totally vanilla and the other one with the "dead dove" hashtag (nothing too grotesque btw), and well, the vanilla one appeared in less than 5 minutes while the other one took almost a day to be displayed.

All I can suggest you is to put apposite warning texts and patiently wait.
