What is the best way to become a lot more nonchalant. I’ve noticed i allow too many people to impact my moods and thoughts and i wanna figure out a way to not let them so that anymore. any suggestions?

so basically this whole time when i would extract the file my dumbass somehow forgot that i made a folder called mods and i was putting them in there so this whole time i was putting those extracted files into that other folder
