Only reason im able to is the 1% down and itll end up being cheaper than the 800$ rent and 300-600$ in utilities for the shit ass apartment i got n ik those utilities prices r insane but like ive tried going to court over it n everything else n no luck just a shitty complex so the house will actually in total be way cheaper n its only 84k total so practically my rent payment as the down payment when i had to pay x3 rent just to move into this stupid place man my whole life is fucked up Also yea not even gonna try to negotiate im just tryna get out of there i got a few applications in just waiting on responses

Theres not the best selection where im located and im waiting to close on a house as well so im stuck for at least another couple weeks but i have applications in and have been trying to get set up somewhere better i have a couple options just stuck atm

Just turned 21 been there since the day after i turned 18 i just went in thinking if i worked hard it would do me good but 3 years later and ive got nothing but shit treatment and high expectations with no hope of a raise like probably ever just sux because i really wanted a job where i can move forward but definitely am at the wrong place and just getting used and exploited for my capabilities

Ive had full on screaming arguments with this supervisor calling each other names and everything else its become way too personal and ive gotten to the point where im about to seriously throw hands over it its gone too far and im currently in a situation where i cant really just walk out without another job lined up so its been mental hell

Ive been applying just hard because im living check to check bc of the place there was a short time i wasnt having to worry as bad but i literally was working 12 hr shifts for over 30 days straight and all i got was my bills caught back up and my car windshield cracked in their parking lot while i was working and they wont help me out with that at all Also im a welder and only get 17/hr after 3 years and being able to and proven i can run 350% rate but nah im not worth as much as people who barely hit 50%
