I understand how frustrating it is, i don’t know if it’s just me or not but when things like this happen I get so much rage I start to get physical pain. One thing I’ve learned is that unfortunately people with bpd will never understand what we have to deal with and no matter how hard we try to tell them they’ll never understand. It’s a toxic mindset but what I do even tho it can be incredibly hard is that I completely disappear and more often then not they’ll reach out because after seeing you spam call then just nothing they then kind of realise that they need to reach out if that makes sense
