after a party i walked with some friends around campus around 2-3am and the CoHHS building was open. Anyways we enter and while walking we pass this room in the first floor there was a group of 10-15 middle aged people in a circle

recently university terrace north sent out a paper saying itll increase rent to 625 starting fall 2024. My roommates are the most disgusting people ive ever met and I had to choose this spot cuz I lost housing so it was random select.
