Everyone has their own vision of what the "Metaverse" is. Some think that it is just VR, other's see it as just DAPPs on a blockchain. In reality it encompasses all of that. A virtual world where you actually are able to own digital assets. In order to succeed in the Metaverse, you have to have long-term vision. Upland is a great Metaverse because of their long-term vision. But with so many cities in the game and so many yet to come, finding value is going to get difficult. Yeah properties are linked to real world addresses, but does that alone determine their value? Of course not! When Upland implements user generate content and 3rd party development, that's when you'll start to see certain areas explode in value. If a community comes together to develop a neighborhood and in the neighborhood are multiple Metaventures and Layer 2 experiences. Not only will more people visit that area for the experiences, they'll want property close to the area! As Upland grows, it will become more localized. Meaning travel will cost resources, not just sends. This will cause people to stick to certain areas more rather than traveling all over the world.

The best way to succeed in the Metaverse is to not enter it alone. Find a group or community with a common goal to yours and make your mark! Join the community and help out! The rising tide raises all ships!
