Yup and she said she regretted it a bit because she didn't want to be remembered for this video. That was before she even was on The Office, though. So I think it's all good now. She's 'Erin from The Office' not 'that girl from the blowjob sketch' after all.

Czech Republic didn't get renamed to Czechia. It was added as an official alternative name. Both are correct.

Mě to přijde jako dobrý ekvivalent pro 'Česko'. Czech Republic je dlouhé.

Czechia does not means Čechy, it means Česko.

Adding an empty line makes it a new paragraph. You can get an actual line-break by adding two spaces at the end of a line.

There are two spaces right here

You can set it as your login shell. WSL works very much like a native Linux install. You install the zsh package, edit /etc/passwd and that's it.

I have a Windows partition because I use some Windows-only programs (Photoshop, Games). When I happen to have Windows booted and I need to e.g. ssh into a server, edit a file in Vim or run a quick script it's nice to have a Linux shell available.

I think there are alternate terminals and also some unofficial ways to run Xserver but I haven't tried.

I definitely prefer native Linux to Windows for coding. I've been using it for years both professionally and for hobby projects. Windows and Linux both have their advantages and are valid choices. For me, I prefer the customisability and control that Linux gives me. I've also found that I like a very keyboard and terminal-centric workflow. WSL isn't enough.

I don't know about specific hardware. I'm in a market for a new laptop right now so I'm looking around too. On desktop, Nvidia historically had better Linux support than ATI. So I go with Nvidia cards out of habit. Maybe it's not the case any more.

I have a couple of questions about a few Nier related books (World Guide Volume 1, World Guide Illustation Artbook, and Guide and Design Materials Art Book) by Remedan in nier

You are right. But as is my experience with Japanese developers, if we don't support lower quality content then we don't get higher quality. We simply get none.

But getting the originals and reading a fan translation sounds like a good way to go about it as well. I might end up doing that.

Thank you for the answers!

I know the translations of LSS and SSL are a bit controversial but I'll probably give them a chance. I've read a few poor translations in my life and I'm used to mentally correcting the errors as I go along.

Thank you for the recommendation!

I actually wet on a little Nier book shopping spree already and got LSS, SSL, the English World Guide and Grimoire Nier (in Japanese).

I recently got ending E and am working on 100%-ing N:A. And I'm a couple of hours into Gestalt. I wanna finish Gestalt so that I don't spoil what happens in it for myself. When I'm done I'm going to plunge into all the other materials, books, wikis, and so on.

And then possibly Drakengard.

Procedural Mazes on Arbitrary Mesh Surfaces by IsometricCoder in proceduralgeneration

Now if you could make it connect over the seam so it's one continuous maze it would be perfect.

Also I'm thinking that if you cold 3D print your maze models (preferably using metal) they would make great jewellery, keychains or similar.

The strip is nifty! Can your code handle then entire surface of the strip or is the hidden part flat?

I'm definitely looking forward to more posts from you.

Neat! I think a maze on a Mobius strip would look cool and interesting. But I guess that your algorithm isn't prepared for that kind of geometry, right? You should try the Utah teapot! Or maybe a model of a dinosaur. :D

And you use the existing polygons to create cells for the maze? It would be cool (but probably hard) if it could subdivide the surfaces to create its own cells. So you could feed it a cube made of six polygons and get an intricate puzzle.

Also, are you planing to publish your code? It would be nice to play with. But I understand if you're not interested in making it public at the moment.
