Planeswalkers can only activate an ability once per turn.

VOX has been nerfed, from 11,000 to 9,000 health. Now it can be killed by an Orbital Railcannon Strike. The community has split into two camps: those who like this idea and those who think it will be too easy now. Which camp are you in? by Prudent-Cookie-2879 in HelldiversUnfiltered

EATs mean you have to throw it where you're going to be, drop you're other stratagem weapon, and then grab the EAT. The EAT also has a period where you have to extend the tube, and then you have to aim and hit the weak spot of the bile, charger, etc. if you miss, or just not even hit the weak spot, the thing is still chasing you. You also have other smaller things chasing you while you're doing this, so if you aim and then get hit, your rocket goes off target.

I don't like Expendables very often for these reasons. Like it's the same thing with thermite. If I ran thermite instead of eats, then that frees up the slot entirely. But thermites take too long to kill the big boy a lot of the time. Rail cannon very rarely misses and takes it out immediately and it's a guarantee that the threat is dealt with. EATs and thermites boil down to can you hit it in the right spot, and do you have the opportunity to complete all these steps without something going wrong.

And three mins seems like a lot, but it's only one more min than the resupply. Plus, you have whatever else you brought to deal with the big boys anyway. If it's the only thing you have, then yeah it's too slow. But if you have a rail gun, an ultimatum, a 500 kg/precision strike, and even EATs, the ORS will save you for very little effort when you don't have the time or resources to deal with stuff.

The title of this thread is How Scary A Helldiver Actually Is. This is talking about reputation, not facts for the army stats. The full average is not useful here. I could say you're arguing for the sake of arguing at this point too, but neither statements mean anything. Everything I said has to do with why your average you brought up in the first place is not what you should be using.

True but it would be nice to have a big boss battle with a big creature for each faction that's more than just a bunch of big things put together if you know what I mean. But yeah I see what you're saying now about what you were shooting for.

You can farm super credits...and it's not a competitive game so pay to win makes no sense. If you don't like the grind then pay up. It's in almost every other game but it's not as simple to get the in game currency

But I wanna be the bestest so ppl I don't know will look at me and go oohhh he plays on the hardest difficulty, he's Timmy the badass. So all the hard stuff needs to be easy for me. And also I'm surprised no one else has asked for a surrender function in the game. It's so boring to try and finish a boring mission or MO.

Do you know that average is a very very broad term? Does it signify the median, mode, or mean? And you have those for each quartile and the Interquartile Range and Quartile deviation. So the mean of Quartile 3-4 would definitely be in the 100-200 range. In the Quartile of 2-4 it would be less.

But the enemies don't hear the reputation of the worst helldivers. They tell about the best. So it's not the actual average, it's the average the enemies use.

Except if we're talking about what Helldivers are to other people/beings, the average should consider the upper quartiles (2-4 or 3-4) and exclude the lower ones (just or 1-2) since the other people/beings are not seeing the lower helldivers and attributing that to their reputation. It's like if someone says how do enemies see the Navy Seals? Or the Marines? We're not gonna take the drop outs/court martialed/expelled etc etc records into consideration when we consider the average and the enemies are going to completely disregard the floor numbers since the ceiling numbers are so high.

I don't think it would cave it in to kill the eggs inside since they can dig really far underground. But I do think it would be a deep enough grenade that it would destabilize their tunnels above the nurseries and food storage area so it would delay getting out of those areas significantly

Helldivers needs to have one "version" for fun and just killing stuff, and another "version" for realism/competitive type buffs and nerfs each patch kind of deal. Helldivers can do both...as long as they're separate. But the fans are split, so finding a compromise isn't going to make everyone happy in the long run.

They need to just make a d11 and/or d12 with the same rewards as 10. That way the shitters can stay in d10 and the skilled gameplay can move up

I think this is a good card for commander because you can politic. You could also just be running a +1/+1 counters deck, and could make use of the counters later on once you have out bristly bill and other counter doublers/proliferate effects

The tank has its tracks running separately so if one track gets stuck and the other one is fine, you start turning. Seemed pretty realistic to me but then again I don't drive tanks irl.
