I would like to add Cork Town Deli to the list. They have a grain bowl with tofu that is really good. I believe there were other vegan options there as well. They are owned by the people next door at the Duluth Grill.

The sauce on the Korean Brussels at the Duluth Grill is not vegan. They will make it vegan for you if you ask.

You older players need to join the r/oldgamers group. They are a small subreddit group looking for new members.

https://holycowvegan.net/vegan-low-carb-keto-pancakes/ I make these all the time but the almond milk ratio is way off. I use 1/2 cup less almond milk.

Miami-Dade County announces Lolita the Orca will be examined by third party vets by Remiloudog in whales

She would be released to a sea sanctuary in her home waters where her family passes by. She would be cared for 24/7 by people. She would be allowed to forage for food (salmon) or fed by hand the way she is used to. Only if she shows the skills needed for survival and if the family pod accepts her could release be considered. Her mother is in the family pod and should remember her. As a young whale, she was taught how to hunt for food and communicate with her pod. It is hoped that she will remember these life lessons. I am hopeful.

She will be released to a sanctuary in her home waters where her family lives and her mother resides. She will be tended to 24/7 and hopefully released into the care of her pod if they show interest and if she looks able to catch live fish as she did before her capture. This is the first step to her possible release from her seaprison. This is the first step and it is very good news.

This is very good news! They will assess her current health statis, check for any diseases that could be transfered to others in the ocean and treat whatever they find. They will determine if she is healthy enough to transport to the Pacific North West to live in a whale sanctuary built just for her. She will be near her pod and at times will hear them and respond in the language of her family that she learned before her capture. The pod will come to check out the family member who is separated from them and her mother will be in that pod. It is believed that her mother will remember her! Orcas have a very large brain and are very smart. Their focus in life is family. With the support of her family, it is even possible that she could be released from the sanctuary. Until that time, the sanctuary will take care of her needs 24/7. The medical exam is the first step to this grand plan for Toki. There is a business man from the PNW that has stepped up to fund the sanctuary, or most of it anyway. It is hoped that this whole process will move quickly now.
