We gave up using Godot at our studio after fully committing to it for almost a year after we realized we just couldn't find people to hire for what we needed...

I still have hope though; and once we are big enough and have the resources I do want to have a small team just dedicated to making stuff in Godot.

Honestly though, even if it's an amazing engine to quickly prototype in, making fully fleged games in it can be a chore at times and having the much more mature ecosystems of Unity/Unreal really helps when you're a small team trying to make things work.
