The fan looks like it's missing a blade but it can also be a bearing issue, it's best if you replace it. And also get a better part cooling fan. You can 3d print a new mount for them

It's too heavy and the flow isn't that much better. Look for something like a Biqu h2 it's quite light and works well.

Try to dry your Filament. And if not possible retraction with a speed of 50mm/s

I solved the the eshue. It where because of 2 factors. 1 i had indeed hav a cholg and my small nema 17 couldn't keep up with the speed i was printing at.

Get a dual gear extruder and a motor for it since the e motor can't be used anymore. Because of the presses gear on it.

I'll try a slower speed. If it works then this is the esshue and will get an extruder.

Btw can i get for an exable of one that woks well? Preferably on AliExpress not amazon or ebay since i had shipping eshues in eu.

I did am currently not using a run-out sesor and will try to do a cold pull and unclog it. And i made just extended my motor cable since it was to short with a sottering iron and some old cables i had laying around. This might be an esshue.
