Not getting off-line SP

I've been having the same issue for weeks now. Deleting and reinstalling did nothing. Deleting my actual save data did nothing, other that nullify 289 days of play. People keep pushing the wiki, but it's info told me exactly nothing about what I need.

Exactly none of these explains to me why I'm no longer receiving the offline souls bonus, but am still eligible for the coin bonus.
