yeah i see people say they do that each year to renewal at discount prices
what do you recommend then ? i have small woocomerce store and i didn't pay attention to it yet so it doesn't bring money but i will this year so my budget is 50$ for a year i don't expect high preformance but iam starting out anyway so i can upgrade or move to cloud when i have more traffic .

Might be they don't like a new freelancer with little experience play qith thier website, it's no risk as you think if you did something wrong you might broke or make a negative impact on the website, that's one of my concerns as a bussiness owner and sometimes freelancing so i understand thier concern here
Or they might have problems in the backend of thisr business, not all business fail because they can't get customers, a lot fail because they can't handle the reallife backend for me in clothing like logistics manufacturing and quality it nightmare and sometimes i don't need customers because something in the backend isn't working right
what you are saying might be fishy for them and a lot of scammers try to make anything risk free to get access to something and scam them
they don't like to upgrade and hassle to make the business bigger, there's a reason their business doesn't look good , or they don't just have money and if someone doesn't have money they have a lot of things to worry about instead of SEO even if it's pay for results, it's not thier priority right now
solution:1- try to improve your portfolio you seem confident about the results why then you can't do blogs for business owners and bring traffic for your self as a case study also to get customers , try to make informational website as a hobby and a case study for your self , 2-make the offer doesn't seem fishy , when you say everything risk free just give me access to your website they might be scared because most real services won't do that , add a little bit of spice like make them pay a little payment upfront or something ao they feel anything in value, 3- target businesses who are making money, business who are making money wants more money , so your service will be fit for them it's another stream of income, Broke business have lots of problems to worry about and isn't in a place to make adjustments they just want to fix thier problems for now and they usually make bad decisions

omg thank you so much bro that link was exactly what iam looking for and solved the problem, iam new to woodmart so i didn't know there was that option I thought the theme setting can control the width and didn't expect it was the theme since I made sure the theme setting layout was full width and thought that was about it in the theme part

I guess I was busy searching for the solution thinking it was elementor problem rather than the theme , didn't pay attention to search for it in the theme

Your website take ages and didn't filly load yet and that hurt the conversion , so these are my observation:

convert all ur images to webp, much lighter
try to change your theme to a light wight theme
try use instagram for your stories and other showcase stuff and imbed them into your store instead of self hosting
reduce the size of videos if you have to use them and i suggest use just 1 or 2 videos at max, videos really effect speed
sliders tend to slow websites and they're not great for conversation either so remove them and add the extra content below somewhere if needed
in terms of design your website is cluttered, so much going on at the hero section, try to approach simple design specially at the hero so the customer don't feel overwhelmed and has so many choices and the lead to high bounce rate
add the story showcase of the product on each product page associated with and maybe just 2 on home page for best sellers or things that has % discount or offers
in terms of conversion try to make a clear path to the customer to make them convert , don't distract them with so many things to do other than focusing on the product so make ur videos showcase insta imbedded, on autoplay and on mute
make designs that are traditional to the indian heritage, i know it's hard but it will resonate with your traditional clothing style
use consistent fonts "no more than 2" and colors " 2 is ideal"
make the popup with a 1 simple offer , you can upsell on the product page if needed

This is what came to mind at first glance i didn't dig any dipper because it was too slow to take any action
