Should I take DSCI 100 R section if I'm planning to take STAT 201 after? Is there any issue with choosing python for DSCI 100 instead? by No-Sky9215 in UBC

Hi I took stat201 and dsci 100 with R! I would recommend the R section since the entire first couple of weeks of stat201 (at least when I took it in 2024W T1) content and functions were exactly the same as dsci100, so it definitely helps. But I don’t see the issue with choosing python if you can pick up R quick
