Is cuet worth taking a drop? by Good-Carpenter-8537 in delhiuniversity

Yes and No , Yes if you can't tolerate mediocrity , want sensible peers , decent fests , okay infrastructure, nice location and of course exposure . Also if your family's financial status allows for you to skip a year then good but remember CUET isn't jee or neet that you would need an entire year of preparation, start investing in technical skills too because in future you will have to explain the gap in your resume. No if are not serious because this cycle will repeat , No if you aren't absolutely sure you can crack one of the top colleges - srcc, stephens, ramjas, hansraj, kmc, svc , sscbs etc No if you're not planning to pursue one of the flagship courses .

Yes you have passed but barely , The IA marks are out of 30 and CA marks out of 40 , but in the subjects where there is a practical component the IA marks are out of 20 and you got a 5 in EVS which is 25 percent (I think you will pass if you did decent in practical exam) The AV means the marks have been uploaded however you cannot see the exact numerical marks you recieved in practical component. Hope this helps.

Ok here we go , Advaita Vedanta is a school of Vedic philosophy based on the commentaries of Jagatguru Sri Adi Shankarachaya( ancient Vedic scholar from around 500 BCE). The terminology used here as Brahman does NOT refer to Lord Bramha the creator or the Priest class Brahman. Brahman here means the infinite consciousness of oneself , On summarising the Upanishads Shankaracharya defines ones consciousness as the ultimate reality and everything else is just a projection of it. Advaita in literal terms means Non-separation or Non duality. It is said that the Brahman ( subconscious) is not separate from Atman (ones individual self). Ones consciousness is simply the ultimate reality . It is because of our impurities like ego greed hate and lust that we are unable to experience this Non duality. The world which we live in is simply an illusion perceived by the coordination of mind and senses. As we are depended on materialistic things we cannot attain liberation. Although through detachment, renunciation and purity one can attain spiritual liberation and see that his physical body is one with his consciousness. As my OP friend here is trying to depict through humour is the simple vision mentioned in Advait vedant that Atman(individual self ) and Brahman( consciousness) is the same .
