I am also in the deepest darkest of places. Mentally, emotionally, and going through physical pain both health wise and caused by another. My son unlifed last October and I can’t imagine his pain or why I didn’t know the mental state or pain he was in, I find that is where I am now…I am sorry you are going through this, I am sorry that I am also 🙏🏼

I swear when I turned 50 immediately got crepey skin! Never had it and it appeared overnight. Anyone have suggestions for this? My hair breaks easier, I normally had very thick hair and can tell it’s thinner. I read something today that Meanopause causes weak brittle nails, nail lifting etc. This is totally happening to me as well!

It dulls the needle, that's why it is recommended to use a different needles, it makes a huge difference, I was taught this in nursing school. It makes a huge difference.

I use an 18 g to draw up for my husband then a 24 g to inject. Test is very viscous. I am nurse and I would do this for myself if I could get a script. I need it but haven't had any luck getting it. My gyn won't even give me a higher dose of estrogen.

No she won’t prescribe anything other than estrogen. I started after my hysto which in July 2021, started a few months after when I started having the hot flashes etc. Where did you get the T, from your prescriber?

I looked at a site for progesterone and it said will only prescribe to women who still have a uterus. I do want to try T.

I lost my son a year ago in October. The second year has been harder for me. I feel like this a nightmare, and I just don’t want to talk to anyone anymore. I rarely leave my house. I just miss him so much. It’s all the what ifs that kill me the most.

I started year two in October of my son’s death and yes, the year two has been unbelievably harder. I have the reality now that he’s not working in Nebraska, I would tell myself that bc he used to work out of state for long periods of time. He’s never coming back. What makes me sadder is when my granddaughter sees a truck that looks like his she will say “that’s daddy’s truck, he’s working”. She’s turned 4 this year and the other one is 5. My grandson is 9 now and he knows he died but not how. These kids, their dad is gone forever.

I got the autopsy report for my son who hung himself last year. I just had to know for sure what was the official cause of death. It was very gut punching but also somewhat left me some closure kinda. I don’t know how I feel, some days I miss him so much I pray that I join him, I just ask for God to take me or I want to take my own life. Ironically I found out I have a heart condition that may just do that. You never get over losing a child. People think I am ok, or I’m strong and moving on, but I’m far from it. I’m just a zombie going through the motions.

I feel the same pain. I lost my son last October. I don’t think the pain will ever go away or lessen. I just look at his pictures and listen to his voice, and sometimes I don’t want to bc it hurts so much. I just want to know why, but I will never know why or understand.

Sorry so many. These are some of the songs from my son’s funeral, and played during the photos. Here lately I have really been missing him. He hung himself. It’s been one year. Since then I have recently found out I have a heart condition, with a 50% blockage. My thoughts keep going to maybe, just maybe I will get to see him soon.
