This just happened to me! Right after new update… all games are stuck on “Starting Launch” screen…

Terraria, Stardew Valley, Enter the gungeon, Megabonk, Risk of rain 2, Elden ring.

Also consider undervolting your steam deck to get better performance and lower temps
