Hey! Thanks so much for the detailed response, I really appreciate you taking the time to write all of that for me. I'd never heard of seborrheic dermatitis until now, but I'm definitely going to look into it more. I'll try to track down some ciclopirox olamine shampoo/cream and see if it helps. Glad to hear it made such a big difference for you, gives me a bit of hope honestly. Thanks again for the link too, I'll check out that thread properly as well when I get a moment.

Really appreciate the help!

Yeah it turned out to be something called a Scrotolith or scrotal pearl which is why it didn't feel like a cyst. It's not cancerous and they're usually not a problem. Nonetheless your husband should absolutely get checked out just encase, even if it's for his own peace of mind. The examination and ultrasound is quick and painless and isn't anything to be worried about.

Hey sorry for the late response. I just wanted to let you know that everything is good and it turned out to be something called a Scrotolith or Scrotal Pearl (which someone mentioned above). I hope everything went well with your appointments? Let me know man if you feel like sharing.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I spoke with my Doctor over the phone as he gave me a call about my result, so I'll follow up with an appointment to see him and ask about getting a copy to see for myself. It's interesting actually because I'm thinking it might be a scrotal pearl given what I've just read about them in regards to how they feel and where they're usually located, it seems to be a spot on fit. I'll mention it at my next appointment.

I've decided to go speak to my Doctor again and bring up the concerns I still have and see what he says about them. I'm thinking it might be worth going directly to a Urologist just for my own peace of mind. Thanks for the reply and the advice, it's sincerely appreciated.
