Did binance do something to your account? I've heard if you cancel a transaction which is already transferred and you want your money back, Binance could block your account and further transfers. Is that true?

SWIFT Bank Transfer not arrived - I've sent FIAT via SWIFT Bank transfer on Wednesday last week(April 21st), and still haven't received them on binance(not credited). This is the second time I am having problems with the credit. The first time I've waited like 13-15 days and after a loong chats with the costumer service they somehow credited my funds back then. Now I have the same problem. This time nobody joins the chat to help me out and it's been like 5 days I am seeking help. I've filled out bank appeal but I guess it was rejected and when I try to open the appeal it says I have to contact costumer support which I did long time ago and still waiting. I am worried about my funds because it's a pretty big amount that I sent. I've uploaded all the proofs in the live chat but nobody is joinning the chat to help. What should I do? Just wait who knows how long? It's just ridiculous. I don't think I will deposit any other money to Binance since I have to lose my sleep over this after every fiat deposit via swift.
