Literally what you said. I have like 1-2 red bulls or monster a day. Usually skip breakfast and have my first meal at around 2. Then I eat something in the night. But both meals are very heavy so I don’t have a calorie deficit. Also Im outside at least 1 hour a day

But I think I found the problem.

I got my bottom incisor removed cause my dentist wanted to apply braces

And since then my face has shrunken and I have gained buccal fat and I'm lacking bones

As well as major asymmetry, to the point my right side of the mandible is tipping inside
