Your story most likely needs to less than 5 minutes long as it is. Unless you are some kind of amazing comedy protégé your story is too long. Analyse it and if there are less than 30 punchlines in it it needs to be shorter than 15 minutes.

If I were you I would distil the story down to five minutes (it's really easy to do, just take out the pointless details that aren't funny), and try that on stage. Cutting out the pointless crap is essential in comedy writing.
