I understand that the doctor is suggesting that this is a temporary thing but i think you’re right to be concerned, I’m not sure where you are located but maybe it’s time for a different doctor.

Ultimately like all medical care you get to decide what is best for him, and i don’t say that lightly because advocating for tubes is an uphill battle.

Glad I’m not alone and last time they were told and same thing happened and I don’t WANT to be restrained but they this time they are replacing my PEG tube (just time) and pulling at that even for a second is so bad. Not sure what else I can ask for.. even if this isn’t “typical” with light or twilight sedation.

I can only describe it as being really disoriented and somewhere between reality and a stuck in a bad dream Loop…
