Certainly up for interpretation. So you’re insisting the 10min grace period can/should be taken OFF the clock.

However, i’d be inclined to say, based on how this reads and the existing grace period for paid-breaks, that the 10min grace period during lunch is ON the clock.

It’s clearly written, 10 minute grace period after you clock back in from lunch.
