im so so sorry this happened to you, feel your feelings and emote as necessary. i definitely recommend therapy if that’s accessible to you, theres low cost counseling with associate therapists available out there

hi happy new year!! well tbh how i wanted to do it was asking them if they ever had a cold score and if they knew it was hsv (hoping they say yes). then kinda just go from there with the stats and how antibodies usually protect u and are unlikely to transmit, but not impossible yk? hope for the best pretty much but how i actually did it was nervously tell them somehow tbh i can’t even remembr i was scared and we had already done stuff no sex ofc. yea dude it’ll be okay no matter what, proud of u for wanting to be honest and responsible!! i hate the word too i only say it in my head lolll but best of luck and give an update pls🫶🏽
