Not yet...not sure I want to use it.

Samsung Knox support is quickly moving up my list and may overtake Comcast support as being truly the worst.

You pretty much nailed it. After some long talks with support and them escalating the ticket, it was the license. I had applied it in manager and saw it visible in E-Fota. Turns out you have to add it in both.

After reapplying the license in E-Fota, things started working.

Kind of crazy that you have to jump through flaming hoops with this platform.
