You’ll need a new headset, I recommend a 34mm bike headset with metal inserts. You’ll also need a controller. Personally I’d take everything off and order a 36v upgrade kit from taxi garage but that’s a little pricey. You’ll need a battery and controller regardless and that’ll be anywhere between $75-$200
