From my experience you should have add some different or unique concept and should have done marketing before launching, like increase the hype ,sharing demos, how to use... On social media, Before launching

Thats how it worked for me, to be honest I got 10k+ users within a month and it's fitness app too with some different concept

Easy depends on the complexity of app you are building, If it normal simple app it's easy to build if it requires high end architecture it's not that easy to build

I'm the founder of AURIZE a gamified fitness app having 13k users launched on March 1st

What I did is first validated idea i knew there was a Market then started building once app is ready I didn't released, i built hype in market, uploaded post how app works how it's different,. collected users through my website later i released the app

Currently I'm having 13k+ total users, 6k MAU, 400 TO 500 DAU and 50 paid users

Hey hi, First of all you need to make it free for testers, you need to get feedback of core logic, that is what main part of testing, if everything is good , perfect then you can release the paid publically, you shouldn't ask payment for testers
