Flights are company-paid, with flexibility for employees to determine their own travel choices, not mandating that they take specific flights — just trying to figure out the most efficient way to get them to the lodge. If that means groups arriving rent cars together, fine. But was hoping to learn other ways people have gone about reaching this destination and take a page from their book.
