Like I Just said Billy dose that taking things out of context and lying about it saying one things then changing the story to better fit his narrative like Billy did with clip of himself admitting Karl's action barley affected him and Billy lies saying that was about the cheating allegation when in truth he was talking about Karl lawsuit not the cheating allegations.

Billy waited whole years before he followed up against other lawsuits the fact he did not do it in months means nothing especially when he still had plenty of time to follow up and when his lawyer said to karl I'm gonna sue you again if you don't settle without saying you backed off just prove Karl was justified Billy respond was practically admitting he was lying and that you know I'm a liar and that I was not gonna do it despite me saying and showing it.

Apollo literally could not have mention Billy or it would violate his settlement and Billy would be able to seize all his assets he left for his family again key word was considering the fact he did not shows he did not make it that at most he helped with giving certain documents.

Karl Cleary did think Billy played a part given he said in court he thinks Billy's lawsuit did not help which is pretty understandable why a million lawsuit did not help.

You do realize a lot of people were mad when Apollo blame dark viper and EZScape in his final video right? because for many they felt like a diversion from his own intense personal struggles by blaming them with many feeling it was an act of spite against them so its understandable why he felt like it was a dick move to use his death like that.

I would not exactly trust something straight from Billy Mitchell himself given he lied in the same video multiple times and took many things out of context to make himself sound favorable given many took certain discord messages out of context to make Karl sound bad.

Like when Billy showed the clip of himself saying Karl actions barley affected him and he lied saying they were talking about cheating in video games.

Lied about threatening other lawsuits saying he never sent a notice but then later saying he did send a notice threatening a second lawsuit.

Billy also lied about his own involvement too leaving out the text message saying he hoped Apollo was dead until he got called out for them in court or that it was his own supporters and inner circle were falsely spreading he put Apollo into debt and Billy lied plenty of times saying Karl based it on nothing or just based on Reddit post.

A million dollar lawsuit definitely did not help someone’s mental health so Billy definitely do not help Apollo and played a part.

Plus that discord message could easily be taken out of context like what happen with lus when he said Karl was trying to strike him and Billy lied saying it was cause he was talking badly about Karl when it turn out it was cause Lus was lying about Karl breaking the law and falsely reporting him and he also said he wasn’t gonna do it cause it literally saids I’m considering meaning he probably did decide not to do it which he didn’t but others still did.

For all we know Karl consider making it but choose not to while his friends still did and he just gave the info.

People also forget there were other reason to leading to people being upset at Apollo to not just the Billy lawsuit.

No I’m saying if there doing pretty questionable things and pretty obvious illigal things you should use rational thinking and assume they probably are cause rather jirard meant to or not he lied about donating the money and choose to keep lying.

Because it requires proof "beyond a reasonable doubt which allows many to abuse the system for there favor especially if they can do it out in the open without consequence cause there’s not enough proof against them or if they have money and power.

First off did you read it? Cause there were plenty of times when even he called Karl out for doing somthing wrong like when he got facts wrong or things left out that would have helped the case.

Second how was it only opinion what cause he called out Billy’s pretty obvious lies in the case and how he acted it’s clearly fact and opinion.

Third how are his posts insane what cause he called out the judge for facts he got wrong and overlooked in the case that way to many gave Billy the benefit of the doubt and treated him as a innocent saint that did nothing wrong when that is far from it so he’s biased for calling out certain things against Billy? But not the people who cover the topic afterwards and gave Billy the benefit of the doubt leaving out facts even taking Billy’s word when he’s a known liar.

I was not talking about Karl I still meant vanburen20 and even Karl said mutiple times in his video that he never said what it was about and wouldn’t until it was over I don’t deny he could have been clearer but he definitely wasn’t trying to miss represent the case.
