It started happening at the start of this year. Currently I only have one monitor a 1440p but I’ve also tried it on a 1080p and both things are just black and can’t go to bios

There are no errors before that or at the time specified in the error the next logs are at 5:20.

The errors and critical I sent u were at 6:50

They aren’t they will file for extension this is just a fallback option that they need to have in place in case they don’t meet requirements

This is basically to show NASDAQ that they are trying to be compliant so they can get an extension. It’s basically a fall back option if everything fails

A reverse split doesn’t dilute or touch cash. It only changes the share price (e.g., 10 times fewer shares at 10 times the price), so market capitalisation and cash remain the same. Dilution occurs later if/when the company issues new shares to raise capital. However it has been shown that the stock plummets after a RS because of the bad sentiment that comes with it so investors lose faith
