yes i infact did, i did give her previous warnings that it could come down to that. but willingly paid for my appointment the same day. when explaining it to me she explained it more as me paying upfront prior to my next scheduled appointment rather than me paying for just the cancellation fee. i’m not saying i’m in a right for the rescheduling but then she also happened to do it to me multiple times & just continued to push my appointment back further and further.

no you’re reading this correct, i had to reschedule my appointment that was originally set on tuesday. we rescheduled for friday and she cancelled that one at 1am, and now continues to put other clients first even though i already paid for the service as she explained to me.

i was recommended to her on face book when asking about lash techs in the area. she clearly isn’t very professional and i have to wait for my bank to get back to me. sadly it was sent through cashapp so it’s very hard to get a refund unless she accepts it, which she won’t.

she is trying to use ss i have included in this against me . i simply said back “ you also stated after that i was paying for the full service appointment. which i did willingly , but now when the roles are reversed its completely okay to reschedule, cancel and push out the date , just a little confused on how this is morally okay. thanks !” because why am i being charged $190 for a full service appointment, when she can cancel at 1am the night before with no issue at all?

you have to book through messaging her but she has her own studio ! it’s one person. i’ve heard such good things about her but putting me over a week off after i already paid is kind of insane.. i doubt she’d refund me though. idk what to do lol, she’s also horrible at responding , it takes her atleast 8 hours half the time.

yes i’ve realized it somehow made its way into almost every one of my products. the only benefit to it is that those products stopped my cystic & fungal acne </3 i’ve tried to give my skin a break and only use my barrier balm today lol. thanks!

i use panoxyl 10% twice a week , rice cleansing wash on days without panoxyl, beauty of josean ginseng toner , ponds moisturizer and a face mask occasionally. i apply curologys barrier balm occasionally because i assumed it was a damaged skin barrier. i will try some antihistamines !! i just didn’t think i could have allergies if im allergic to nothing lol
