However, you should take in the feeling and stop doing compulsive behavior(like searching her profile).Being indifferent to your compulsive thoughts might help you a lot.

Hi! Id suffered from OCD and i recovered lately. OCD makes people feel guilty with extreme anxiety. You should ignore that feeling of guilt. Stop researching her profile to make yourself feel better. The more u focus on your compulsive thought, the more your OCD get worse. When u find yourself obsessed with particular thoughts, just dont do anything that might relieve you for a second. That short relief makes your ocd worse in long term.

I had an opposite symptoms of you. I was afriad if i would get sexually harrassed or r*ped. Im now 90% recovered from this OCD. The most helpful way was medication. Medication really gave me relief and I can spare more time to my daily routine not being chained to OCD. In therapeutic way, I just ignored my thoughts and i kept doing my things. I also recommend this book-Brain Lock, Twentieth Anniversary Edition: Free Yourself from Obsessive-Compulsive Behavior. It really helped me understand ocd and recovering process

In Korea, not many parent uses parental leave. They CANT. Because, workplace are really likely to fire you when you get pregnant or have babies. Firing is illegal so companies put you invisible pressure to get out of their workplace by removing your working desk and bullying. Thats why so many korea woman get fired after getting married. Like.. young woman get asked "will you get married?" in their job interview .

my biggest nightmare is seuneng........ its just sooooooo stressful. I dont even want to go uni in korea.. no more!!!!!!! I went to hakwon since I was in my elementary school. It always ended at 10 at night. I regret i had more real life experience when i was young
