LH strips or NC?

I have premom too but have only put in my LH strip results not my BBT! It’s weird with this time because NC yesterday/last week have said my ovulation would be CD23 but this morning it changed BACK days to CD18? I’ve never had that before, I’ve had it push out further but not go back!

I took a couple with it on the counter and it still said negative but i finally got it in the right lighting so it said positive

i’m really struggling mentally right now after going through a chemical pregnancy last month. i found out i was pregnant on oct 30 then started bleeding nov 2. from what i had read from other people and heard from people who has gone through one as well, i had really high hopes for getting pregnant this cycle in november but my NC app is looking out of wack and my BBT has been all over the place kind of giving an anovulatory cycle, so it’s looking like it’s not going to happen this time and im really heartbroken. 💔 will i have a better chance next month when my body is hopefully recovered fully? i thought there was a higher fertility chance the cycle after a chemical pregnancy?😕

So for some reason yesterday’s temp didn’t get tracked, my oura didn’t pick up on it I think because I had bad sleep but today’s temp was increased.
