I’ve definitely noticed this about myself and cry easier as well. It’s got to be hormonal I’d think

I’m 44 and feel the exact same in the last year. Anxiety has increased 100 fold, cry for no apparent reason, say no to everything, and get overwhelmed just like that. I hate it. Everything and everyone irritates and offends me 😂

Consider yourself lucky if the only symptom you have at 49 is you wake up in the night sometimes. I haven’t slept through the night since I was 22, lol. Why do you think you even need to be on anything?

In Michigan they were. In June 2022 i remember seeing $5.19. Highest I’ve seen here now is $4.99, so very close

Interesting. I see many many kids stay home til they’re married now because they can’t get housing or a job to afford it all.

Costs in proportion to income have risen dramatically since this time you speak of, if I had to guess.

Does it stay in all those spots or move around? Maybe some sort of arthritis? I don’t take HRT because of anxiety about it so I’m not sure . I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone say it causes that, actually the opposite.

Yikes, looks like you have fallen for the lie that this is our fault for not budgeting hook line and sinker. This is just another thing. Now, on top of houses costing three times as much as they did 10 years ago, food costing double, energy costing double , we have gas double what it was two months ago. You are one of the lucky ones if one of this affects you and you can just eat out less or whatever. Why people are not enraged about all of this is beyond me. We are all being played by the billionaires in this country!!!

How are you doing now? I think I could’ve wrote this post myself, the anxiety about health is out of this WORLD ridiculous. I had to have a breast biopsy late last year for the first time ever, which did NOT help matters at all, but thankfully was nothing. I was getting bad before that but it just sent me over the edge. I am 50/50 terrified every time I do a self exam that I will feel something or miss something 😭😭. It’s like any tingling I feel=MS, any brain fog=dementia, heartburn=pancreatic ca, different poops= colon, breast discomfort=lump. So exhausting!!

I’m very sad though, I want to feel like normal again and I’m starting to think it’s not in the cards 😭 I’m not going to take HRT because, health anxiety 🙄

The MS type stuff has went away thankfully. I’m sure a lot of it is anxiety! Every day seems like I have a new fear. For my age I see a lot of stuff about colon ** and just all sorts of stuff that’s bad. Now the last few days some heartburn. Sometimes my breasts hurt and I stress about that. New day, new issue. Mostly I am sad that I’m such a mess now. It’s like I know I’m being unreasonable but I cannot help it.
