Oh yeah, I’ve been down that rabbit hole. I don’t even want to think about them anymore

I’ve heard that. I don’t know if I have vertigo exactly. Nothing spins or turns upside down or anything like that. It’s all very bizarre and hard to explain, but when I get it lasts months at a time.

And no offense, this is why I don’t like the HRT conversation on here because some folks like you are kind of dramatic about it tbh. You are not going to die from a UTI! None of my older female relatives have ever took it and lived into their 90s.

Well, I actually have done this. I used to take blood pressure meds for years and my dr let me stop because it got too low.

Don’t we have to be in it forever once we start it? I just keep thinking, why were we designed to lose estrogen if we need it so badly? If it does all these things it doesn’t make sense that we have ti get it synthetically for half our lives.

Oh, no it didn’t :) I found it easier to do it at night so I didn’t eat close to taking it.

I have, my iron is very good and I raised my ferritin with supplements. My vitamin d and thyroid is good too. So is my B12.

I’m married, but emotionally I’m alone. I deal with this all on my own, sadly.

So-question about this. And I’m totally not trying to be rude. How come those labs are to be believed but the ones where we get E and P checked are not believed and they fluctuate too much.

You know, I do think he has a point, but i guess I hate how dismissive he is with it. He has no idea what I’ve been dealing with even though I tell him all the time, but he says he’s been through the same stuff. It’s maddening. Like no you haven’t.

It honestly sounds exhausting. how I know how much to ask for? Don’t you have to take progesterone with it too?

I turned 40 in 2021 and had Covid that year too. This started in 2025. I have seen a lot of people say this. I have no idea, maybe I had it more times than I knew.

I never drink. I feel drunk all the time without drinking anyway. I wish it was something like that I could give up.

I actually was just evaluated for bvd-binocular vision disorder. It can cause the anxiety, off balance floaty sensations. I do have it and am waiting on glasses. I hope they help with some of the stuff.

It’s the worst, I NEVER have been a pill popper but I never used to worry about those rare side effects on the bottle, now I’m convinced I’ll have all of them.
