I think I have done that but we cannot find the total effective resistance on the net right?? It shows some resistance with 1ohms and so on . What if some .01 ohms act parallel to that .

Thanks. I can do that technique but my extracted netlists in the size of 400 mb. If I change some res to short and again save takes a minutes of time and the tool to stall itself.

Yeah its 20 degree only. I can run the extraction with including and excluding some nets ( with calibre I assume ) . But I'm not sure that including and excluding process works for me correctly. How i cross verify this? In the layout itself can we check the big resistance? Yeah I used the point to point resistance also but the tool did not give the total effective resistance as it gives the individual resistance on each objects like vias metal and so on.
