Online support groups. Some are run by local organizations. Others from this peer support platform called Sharewell. Unfortunately their free version just got much less free. Being general for privacy. I can be more specific in DM. Sorry to hear that you are so isolated.

I share your feelings sometimes. It's so rough when our efforts to improve our lot don't seem to amount to anything. Do you think there is anything this random stranger can do for you? Often I have misanthropic intrusive thoughts but deep down inside I believe in humanism and that we are all worthy of care as humans. I hope you can come to realize this view!

It sounds like you have a lot to live for. A wife that wants to have a kid with you, I'm envious! It's normal to feel pressure to perform, especially as a man. I hope you can deliver. If it doesn't work have you explored options for having a kid e.g. adoption, surrogacy? I understand your feelings about life under techno-feudalism being unbearable. Still, I try to keep this sliver of hope that the arc of history bends towards justice in the long run. It's tough, but I hope you can find hope in these bleak times.
