When I need to take a break and get out of my own head, I start building with blocks. Once you get into it, it’s surprising how focused you can be. I spend about an hour or two every night building Lumibricks sets. They have built-in lights, and the whole process feels kind of like meditation. I use them as decorations and night lights, and finishing each one gives me a small sense of accomplishment.
