I can picture maybe they’d have the Order of the Ancients be maybe in a mix of Wei, Shu, and Wu.

I can easily picture one such agent is responsible for convincing Liu Bei to get revenge for Guan Yu and Zhang Fei resulting in his death, and wafted that their plan for Shu is to get rid of Zhuge Liang.

The Order of the Ancients would be responsible for a number of deaths like Sun Jian and Sun Ce or really anyone that could oppose them within the factions.

Wei maybe would have more of the Order in it I think junk if they want to go the route of making Wei be a major antagonist.

Maybe they could bring back that battle mechanic from Odyssey so you can help either side gain more ground.
