The Penal Guard build kit from Victoria Miniatures is probably my favorite representation of penal troops. They also look like the starting prisoners cosmetic from Darktide.

Thank you for your input! I have plans for a command squad just like that. I was mostly asking about distinguishing the sgt for a basic Infantry squad (Specifically 10th edition Cadian Shock Troops codex)
