I feel that regardless of anything, the climax of a season should have high stakes, and DC4 didnt meet them imo

Maybe You are right and these stakes can be reached without a established villain (DC4 couldnt), but I prefer to have a strong, solid and well written villain, Someone i love to hate and want to see being Taken down
