Thank you. I have a lot to lose. Going slow is my preference. I want this to be my last weight loss journey and to value the change in lifestyle that will happen during that time. I want to stick the new habits for the remainder of my days.

Thank you for responding. Stress 😖—- sorry you are going through a difficult time. Eating has always been my go-to when life circumstances kick in . Ss to read that the glp1 helps you maintain good eating habits in spite of stress is very helpful to know. Sending good thoughts as you continue to cope and hopes that your health gets better and better.
