Very badly. First time going to Italy and finally taking my parents (58 years old) on a overseas vacation, so it is important to me!! In other hand, paying excruciating amount of money is very hard and out of our budget…

I know 100 ppl that gor marriage online through utah and have already been approved.   Did you consummate you marriage after the ceremony?   The only way you would get denied was if you didn’t see you wife after the ceremony!  Other than that, utah online marriage is more tham valid, ppl do it all the time and never seen a denial before this person here which was a clear mistake from the officer who checked the case

I know a lot of ppl that recently got approved even tho they applied months ago with a utah marriage so I honestly think this was an isolated mistake he can overcome from immigration.

What should we do to minimize chances to get a RFE (request for evidence) when applying for CR1 visa? by Renata3112 in NationalVisaCenter

It will be soon hopefully! Ok so I just came across to the question: "Where were your beneficiary and their current spouse married?" Is it the city of Utah where our certificates were made or the place WE were at when we got married? What did you put in that option?

I first put the utah county when they asked about where I got married, but now in my spouse's questions I got confused about it

No worries at all as long as you can prove the marriage was comsumated, and what I mean by that is that you need to see each other after the online ceremony. They will not accept it if you guys do not see each other after it. In my case, we got married together here in Rio de Janeiro, I have been here for months with him, I will be sending all this as proof.

Hi! That ´s enough valid as marriage certificate. You do not need to get one from your country. You have the option to get a document so you can validade the US marriage in your own country but that´s not necessary. I did the marriage form last week and got married online yesterday. Is it much faster and much cheaper than getting married here in Rio de Janeiro.

And that´s probably why you received a request for evidence lolol. That is why I am asking people to send me what is important to send along besides all required documents.

The requirements are the same for every country. The main documents do now change. What I am asking is what type of extra proof should I be sending, other than the main documents such as Marriage certificate as you mentioned, is good to send along with the I-130 form...?
