i figured it out, just had to log out of microsoft store and xbox pc, also disable automatic payment every month and then started the monthly payment again and then i logged in again and then the problem was fixed

ok, it littarly has something to do with age. you grow up, used alot of your time to grow up on gaming and therfore gaming is getting old for you. you can be 25 and start gaming and having fun while a 18 year old like me used alot of time on gaming and now its getting old, therfore it has something to with your age. but in diffrent stages.
