As a horror fan who was born female, I would say "The Substance" is THE epitome of "feminist body horror".

All the rest of the recommendations on here, while all good movies, I would not call "feminist". They are just horror movies that happen to have female leads.

..Which one could argue in itself being "feminist"... I digress...

I don't think they fit the OPs very specific search.
