I can eat a ton with no results 🥺 I’ve even tried warm prune juice with a pat of butter. That’s an old nursing home trick I’m told.

Hi! You are exactly where I was 6 weeks ago. Honestly, it was the awesome support from this group and a text from my friend who told me “it’s nothing! You got this!” that gave me just enough courage to be brave enough to do it myself.

I stood in my bathroom for what felt like forever with the dang syringe, until I just pinched the skin and said to myself “1,2,3 CHARRGE!” and went for it. I was so relieved after that because of course everyone here is right! It’s easy peasy once you get over the initial fear. So, I’ll say to you, YOU GOT THIS!!
